This house is hand painted and is made of durable PolyResin. It is suitable for both indoor or outdoor use. To protect the beautiful colours, spray it with a colorless water sealer once every 12 months when leaving them outside. Ensure to bring them inside if they are exposed to harsh wet and winter conditions.

This product is not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts.
